Tripe Soup

Materials :

- 1 Kg tripe (cleaned)
- 2 tabllespoon Flour
- 2 egg yyolk
- 1 lemon Juice
- 1 cup vinegar
- Garlic 3-5 teeth
- Salt,Red Pepper
- 2 tabllespoon butter
- 4 teeth Garlic (to use when boiled)

Preparation of :

Clenaing the water in the rumen,let some water wash.Saucepan get three fingers on the extra water out and up,half a lemon and cut the water is boiled until softened garlic adding the trip,let (the lemon and the taste and color garlic to better use).

The hole diger with boiled tripe,let's cut the sugar cubes bigness.Filter the water through the wire and tripe,let's leave it to another pan to the boil.

In the meantime,let2s prepare to dressage.Two spoons of lemon juice to flour,two egg yolk and add 1-2 cups water to a smooth consistency without lumps and whisk until you go.That water is boiling tripe,let fall in dribs and drabs and continuous mixing.

Adjust the salt and add the tripe butcher and 5 minutes will.Let's add the garlic beat.After receiving a bowl of soup on a red-peppery butter dish,let it ride ( Let's add winegar according to desire )
